baby everett grey | in-home newborn session

Hey blog, long time no see.  I am following Everett Grey on his Belly to Baby plan, which includes a maternity session, an in-home newborn session, and 2 milestone mini sessions at baby's 6 month and 1 year birthdays (click HERE to see the maternity session)!  His parents are totally awesome and his nursery decorating game is on point.  And thanks to my super delayed blogging, we'll see him again at his 6 month pics very soon! :)

baby edie | in-home newborn session in brandon, ms

Toddler big brothers and sisters have my heart.  My own girls are close in age, and seeing the sweet, unexpected reactions of these new siblings together always brings me back to the days of two cribs and double diaper duty. :)  I had so much fun with this adorable family in their first few days with baby Edie and loved the beautiful chaos we captured. 💗

charlotte @ 1 | sunset family session in livingston, ms

I'm only 3 months behind on my blog posts now, that feels like a win to me!  I had to share the pics from this family session in that beautiful sunset light at Livingston.  We were celebrating Charlotte turning one year old, and she could not have been more of a doll!

And the shots with her Charlotte's Web book, swoon. Mamas, this is a great alternative to a cake smash.  Did you know that most babies end up crying during a cake smash because most of them don't like the cake or the frosting on their face? Third and fourth children are the exception to this rule since they probably tasted sugar at 3 months old. 😄

suggs family | milestone mommy & me session

I call my short sessions "milestone mini sessions" because most clients use them for all those little milestone moments you want to remember: birthdays, celebrating the start of spring, or even losing a first tooth.  This family was celebrating a very special milestone, as the youngest Suggs member was finishing her hardest rounds of chemo.  I have been photographing these sweet things since they were itty bitty, and all I can say it is quite an honor to be with them for this season of their lives.  Love y'all 😘.  And a big shout out to the super amazing Sharon Coker for the use of her studio space!  I loved it so much I might plan something else there in the future (wink wink).

P.S. We caught up with Dad a few weeks later at spring mini sessions, had to sneak this cuteness in!!
